I just received the Elgato Game Capture HD earlier today and I decided to test it out. What you're about to see is unedited footage from a game that isn't Call of Duty (like so many other videos showing the Elgato) but rather Fallout: New Vegas played on the Playstation 3.

I'm climbing the Black Mountain to do the quest, 'Crazy, Crazy, Crazy', which took me about 16 minutes to complete. It's been a while since I last played New Vegas so please bear with me. Anyway, I only corrected the colours in the Elgato software itself and it managed to produce this. Quite impressive, I must say. Please note that this was my first attempt at correcting the colours so naturally the quality can be worlds better but it's impressive nonetheless.

The video is not in Full HD 1080p because Fallout: New Vegas only supports 720p. I wanted to show the raw video rather than an edited version to give you a more clear impression of the device, and so far I can wholly recommend the Elgato. Check it out.
