Here's another interesting title for ya from Doujin Land. It's called Tetra Bash, and it's a strange sidescrolling action game where you solve minor puzzles and gain various items to improve your strength, mobility, stamina, etc., while trying to save your friend from steam-powered evildoers and wierdos. The game has an interesting lightly cel-shaded or drawn visual style to it, reminiscent to games like Radiata Stories with what Square-Enix touted as "'pencil-coloured" texturing for added visual effect, but it seems to have come at the price of the gameplay.

The gameplay is functional, but very basic and repetitive. The game tries hard not to teach the dog (main character, Raddish Mercury) new tricks. Instead, he gains level-up after level, getting slightly stronger for quite some time. Still, the game is kinda cool for a Doujin title. This video more or less retains the natural framerate of the game to better illustrate some things like the boss towards the end of the video. Enjoy.
