Probably my best PB so far at Time Attack, where you only have 5 minutes to rack up the highest score. Before this attempt, I made one where I tried to focus on getting the farthest at clearing levels, but turns out that just doing that does NOT give you a lot of points (unless there's a specific strat I'm missing), so I instead went here to the one classic approach I always liked to take when playing this mode: Keep doing clearing chains with the fuse (shining bright) blocks so that the multiplier goes up and so does the score, specially when after clearing a single core, since as long as you keep a chain, the level won't change into the next one. This is also mostly true for when the time runs out, but only if you are constantly keeping chains with fuse blocks because of the delay these have when exploding (if you explode a normal block, every block will explode instead, which gives you no time to keep up with the chain and ends the run).
