They heal you, they provide ammo, they generate metal, and best of all, they can propel you across the map at high speed.
Step 1: Spawn a dispenser right where your standing.
(Place it in a spot where it gets you stuck but doesn't block your sentry from shooting you)
Step 2: Wrangle sentry bullets on yourself.
(the more bullets you hit yourself with, the further you'll launch)
Step 3: Destroy the dispenser.
