To celebrate Thanksgiving, Camp Leatherneck has served up 20,000 celebration suppers to US Marines and a handful of invited British co-workers. The massive task of cooking eight tonnes of turkey meat and stirring up five thousand litres of gravy was so great, service men and women volunteered to serve on the counters and relieve staff for kitchen duty. All of it was worth it for a taste of home.
