Thanos Actor Confirms the Character’s Return to the MCU in Secret Wars
1Since Avenger Endgame, there have been many rumors of fan favorite characters returning from the dead for this new phase of Marvel stories. Iron Man and Black Widow both sacrificed themselves in order to obtain and use the Infinity stones, and Captain America lived out his life after it all, returning as an elderly man way past his days of saving the world. Because of the big names and fan support that these characters possess, it wasn’t hard to see why Marvel would consider bringing them back for Secret Wars, the next Avengers movie culminating the Multiverse Saga. Although not everyone may be behind it, they’re fan favorite characters that would entice more fans to the theater. But one character that many fans likely would not have expected to return after his death is Thanos, the big bad villain of the Infinity Saga.
