Day Two
Location: South Figaro, Mt. Kolts, Lete River
Steps Taken: 3124
Time played: 41 minutes
Total time played: 1:14
Characters: Terra (9) Locke (10) Edgar (11) Sabin (11)

Today was a longer playing session, I got more done that I had planned. I went into the cave that leads to South Figaro. It was a cinch as usual, I avoided the treasures to come back to them later since they will have better items. Auto-crossbow is obviously the way to go here. In South Figaro, I purchased new items and relics. I avoided all the treasures here as well because they will lead to better items in the future. GP, running shoes, and a hyper wrist can also be found in the basement of the mansion, it's best to get it now. The money definitely helps get you better equipment and relics. I went north to Sabin's home to rest, and went off to Mt. Kolts. I couldn't manage to steal any bandanas from the brawlers, no big deal. The guardian knife is the best for Locke, so I found that and equipped him with it. There is also an atlas armlet here, which is essential to grab at this point in the game. I kept getting poisoned by trilium's, but Terra knowing andot could remedy this easily with little MP. You can also just equip a star pendant on someone with the poison ailment and it will lift it, it requires no waste of MP or items. That is the way to go in my opinion. Vargas was not difficult at all, I only stole a tonic unfortunately. The rare steal is a mythril claw, but it's hardly useful since Sabin should only be blitzing at any point in the game. When I got to the Returner Hideout, I was hearing strange scratching sounds coming from my walls, apparently there are squirrels in my attic. I was going through the dialogue a bit slow at times because of this. I got the genji glove in addition to the other treasures in the hideout. I always purchase 99 tonics here, it helps and it is pretty cheap. The Lete River was next, and it was easy. Ultros was too, I was doing some really high damage. Edgar hit 300 with auto-crossbow at only level 11, and Sabin hit over 400 with aurabolt. Pretty impressive, Ultros went down and I saved at the scenario screen, bringing a close to day two.
