Hiryu Kai Route

It seems like the whole world has been sealed off completely. A black cloud hovers all over the world that prevents ANYTHING from getting through both the inside and outside. Ruina seems to be the culprit here since their objective is to bring despair to the world. The Hiryu Kai and the Hagane are also being haunted down as Criminals because they "killed" the President (an accidental Crash though to be honest but some people just want them out of the picture I believe)
