In this rant video DreamcastGuy talks about the close of The Escapist Magazine (despite how awesome Zero Punctuation is) the end of Game Trailers, and other sites like 1up. Each of these gaming sites bad terrible flaws, wouldnt pay their employees, and often didnt bother connecting with their audience which turned people off. I think places like Gamespot, kotaku, polygon, IGN, and Game Informer could be next. Machinima also seems to have the problem of randomly firing tons of it's staff when they go broke. Big game reviews and in depth topics just cant seem to save these companies anymore.
