Ahead of Armed Forces Day, Forces TV went to RAF Coningsby to see the work that goes into each Royal Air Force Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (RAFBBMF).

It's 75 years since "the few" took to the skies in Spitfires, Hawker Hurricanes and many other aircraft during the Battle of Britain.

The historic planes are regularly seen at events commemorating World War II, at British State occasions, notably the Trooping the Colour celebrating Queen Elizabeth II's birthday, and at air displays throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.
