The Alien Cube | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary
55Previously on the channel we had played and archived a game by the name of The Land of Pain. That same developer now has made a game called The Alien Cube and this title improves pretty much on every aspect compared to it's predecessor. It is a first person adventure horror game with some puzzle elements in it. The best thing about this game is it's variety in enviroments and levels. Each chapter you are somewhere completely new and different and this always brings a breath of fresh air with it. In many horror games you spend too much time in dark forests or gray hallways and here the world was beautifully detailed and varied. The Cryengine displays it's beauty all around and once again reminds us that not all indie horror games need to rely on the Unreal engine. The Lovecraftian influences are great too and all in all this game is just an improvement on all levels. I cannot wait to see what the developer will come up with next!
