Dragonflight Season 1, Patch 10.0.5: We got Primal Chaos as a Bind on Account item, to
help alts gear up faster, however the main source of ilvl comes from Concentrated/Primal
Focus and those still require your alts to grind many, many Mythic+ Keys.
Would it be right to make these items Bind on Account as well?
Would there be any downsides to it?
