Yes it's not Cars Related, but I just had to make this, and so I finally managed to change the Weather by changing it in the game files. And it took a long time, now it was very easy. All you have to do, is copy the Weather that you want to use. And then replace it, and it should work.
The only reason it took so long was because of files, it was a nightmare. When i attempted to replace any of the files, it just crashes during the loading screen. Or even crashing during the Intros. It wasn't even easy, but finally something worked. By changing the weather, which is the *only* thing that worked without crashing. And now I can finally say that there is, well this mod video I guess. But still, at least i tried something. If anyone finds this anyway.
