Without question, its the best new shmup of 2022, that will make lists as a staple purchase. While it was announced for PC and consoles, the Steam version is the only one available as of the video (console plans haven't been abandoned, but will be releasing in 2023). The challenge across the three difficulties of the game feels fair: there is always a gap, a way to survive--even if it may not appear that way.
