Bruno is really good with light or sharp weapons like Brass Knuckles, Hunting Knives, Tactical Swords, etc. and his hits goes lightning fast. Unfortunately he has low survivability because of low defenses and HP. So, it is crucial that you equip cards that provides HP recovery and toughness to Bruno under conditions like blocking/dodging and maiming a zombie. One of the best cards for Bruno that can provide toughness is Janus Rage slayer card.
