Septerra Core is an interesting Cult Classic in the jRPG space - not only is it a western game in the jRPG style, but it also includes a few mechanics reminiscent of western Adventure games of the early and mid-90s. It's a shame we never got more of this world, and will likely never see a remaster, but it really did earn its place as an obscure cult classic.
