The BEST Season 4 Warm Up For Console Fortnite Players! (Fortnite PS4 + Xbox Tips)
1,471In this video today we're gonna be going over the best warmup routine for console players in season 4. I've mentioned in a few other videos that I believe warming up is something that's incredibly underrated when it comes to improving as a Fortnite player. I know it isn't as fun as just playing a regular game and it can get kinda repetitive over time, but that level of repetition is basically the entire purpose of warming up. Not only are you preparing for the session that you're about to play, but you're also building long term muscle-memory that will improve important skills. Now some players, pros especially, will sometimes spend 30+ minutes or even multiple hours doing some super-advanced warm-up routine. But honestly, at that point, it isn't really a warm-up, and I could never do that myself because I'd get bored way too easily. So the purpose of this video is to show off a very quick and simple warm-up routine that briefly covers the 3 main mechanical skills in Fortnite: Aim, editing, and building. I believe that a warm-up should be no more than maybe 10 minutes or so, that way if your friends say they're hopping on at 3:30, you can get on a few minutes early, warm-up, and not have to worry about playing terribly at the start of your session.
