Now that Afterbirth is out I simply rolled over the new save file I began for my recordings in Rebirth to the expansion. I also separated the playlists so people who want to see just the new setup can.
My cousin introduced me to The Binding of Isaac pretty much right before Rebirth launched, and I have been playing it ever since. I only recently started recording though.
