The Binding of Isaac - Custom Boss Intro (manual animation, not in-game)
262I decided to play around with recreating the boss intro screen in The Binding of Isaac, and this is the result.
Not wanting to cheat by simply using recorded animations from the game, I took upon me the task of recreating all the animations myself down to every detail, as well as cut out each graphical element in order to do so - and also draw some new custom art that I lacked.
Personally I'm pretty satisfied with the result.
It's only about 4 seconds long and took about 4 hours (+/-) to put together - of which I believe half was spend on video editing and half was spend on graphics editing/drawing.
But at least I had fun, and learned a few tricks from playing around with the video editing, and if I ever need a custom Isaac boss intro, it should take me a minimum of time to make again!
Oh, and yes, this is a foreshadowing of something that I'm planning to release in the future.
