In this vid I have a mod for Isaac that puts the classic music in the game. if you have Afterbirth+ on steam you can get mods like that too on the steam mod page.

brief explanation of some of the things that happened in this video for those of you who don't know a lot about Isaac's deeper mechanics:

-the Shiny Rock that I mentioned is a trinket that makes special rocks that have secrets in them flash white occasionally.

-taking the Negative and beating the Lamb with a certain amount of things unlocked will cause you to be prompted for a "victory lap", which means it takes you with all your powerups and plops you into the first basement floor of a new run. if you do 3 victory laps in a row, you get the ability to do a victory lap once from any ending, but on the third victory lap, the game automatically turns you into the Lost, who dies in one hit without their usual Holy Mantle item. this is why the Clicker, which allows you to switch characters, was such a clutch find.

-also, Isaac's Heart makes Isaac's actual body entirely invincible, hence why blood donation gave me infinite coins.

-restock makes the shops have infinite items in them to buy so that's why I was so excited to get it randomly when I had an infinite money combo.

-MissingNo re-rolls all of the items you're currently holding every time you go down a floor, which, especially if you already had a ton of items, can do this thing I called "breakfasting" pretty fast. basically the item "breakfast", which is just an HP up, is the default item in the game that is generated whenever the game tries to make an item from an item pool that's empty. thus, all of your items get replaced by Breakfast, which can at most give you 12 red heart containers and nothing else, leaving you to fend for yourself with usually only spacebar items and the items you're given for transformations, which don't get reset with MissingNo. needless to say, it doesn't reset your size either.
