File 3 - Challenge #45 - DELETE THIS

Finally got a run I've wanted to do in ages, a literal "Delete this" challenge. Nothing spectacular synergy-wise in this video, just something I did for fun myself.

In regular runs the Eraser item is pretty trash in my opinion, thanks to the 1 use per floor mechanic. You can see even in this run that there weren't actually masses of rooms that became fully empty even erasing everything as I went. Personally I think that it should also erase the sub-types of the enemies you target as well, e.g. targeting a host would also erase mobile hosts and the ones without the skull.
