Neat mod that's like the hard mode from OG Isaac, but you can configure it in alot of ways so basically I made it so that all bosses and enemies are always eternal. When they're eternal, they get lots of different attack patterns or on-death effects to make them more difficult among other changes. It's pretty fun, but I personally think it could use some more tuning or options to make it even harder. As of right now Eternal Enemies drop too many rewards and eternal hearts which mitigates alot of the difficulty and sadly is not configurable at the moment.
