Definitely one of the harder completion marks to nab in my opinion. If you aren't familiar, Tainted Lazarus is basically managing 2 characters at different times with half the items. You really need to think ahead constantly and carefully manage your resources and really just min-max each floor to succeed. It's very easy to make mistakes and lose a good run.

I've been basically playing The Binding of Isaac Rebirth's Repentance DLC ever since it came out and have recently 100%'d it. Very worth it. This is just 1 run I randomly recorded.
