In the game Control it's not easy to tell whether you're dealing with a Boss Fight or not. I have simply listed all the opponents that for me could halfway fall into the category of boss or mini-boss. There are also clear cases like "The Former" or "Dr. Hartman" (who, by the way, should be familiar to players of Alan Wake). I included both expansions "The Foundation" und "AWE".
