With a really fun job system, depthy combat, nice music, and a fun interconnected world full of Metroidvania platforming to explore, Crystal Project has everything you'd want out of this style of JRPG. It's a really endearing game that reminds me of a single-player Final Fantasy XI, mixed with some Bravely Default. An absolute blast to play, it's only 14 bucks at full price which is a very easy recommendation. Collecting and developing jobs is always fun, and this game understands how to do it well.
