DLC begins with Jacob waking up inside Black Iron Prison, suffering hallucinations as he navigates shifting corridors to locate Dr. Mahler’s data drives
At the climax, it’s revealed that the entire DLC is a dying dream: Jacob was fatally wounded, and Dr. Mahler keeps him alive on life support long enough to transmit vital data to Dani—the bioweapons experiments’ whistleblower
After transmission completes, both Jacob and Mahler die, and the prison collapses around them.
