Overview:
The Callisto Protocol is a third-person survival horror game developed by Striking Distance Studios and published by Krafton. Released on December 2, 2022, the game is directed by Glen Schofield, co-creator of Dead Space, and it channels a similar intense, atmospheric horror experience set in deep space.
🎮 Story:
The game takes place in the year 2320 on Callisto, one of Jupiter’s moons. You play as Jacob Lee, a cargo pilot who crash-lands and finds himself imprisoned in Black Iron Prison, a high-security facility run by the mysterious United Jupiter Company (UJC).
Soon after Jacob arrives, something goes horribly wrong. The prison descends into chaos as inmates begin transforming into monstrous creatures called Biophage due to a mysterious infection. With the prison in ruins and horrors lurking around every corner, Jacob must fight for survival and uncover the dark secrets buried beneath Callisto’s frozen surface.
