Took a while to get there with this one as there were quite a new features added to the rules editor in this latest update, but finally got it finished so here is my complete guide to the new features in update #2.1. I know this is a very long video (they tell you in Youtube land not to make videos this long) but I really didn't feel a 10 minute video would do justice to everything that was added.
