You can have 3 different epilogue, so 2 of them are obviously bad end..
First shown is when you didn't save Hephaestus (to open the door that leads to him in level 4 you need to collect one hidden key on level 1, one hidden key on level 3 and buy a key from the mini level when you meet the wounded soldier), the other is shown when you save Hephaestus BUT fail to retrieve your daughter soul.
