313[Disclaimer: Apparently to get unbugged all you have to do is get stunned by a pallet] There seems to be a bug on console with The Deathslinger where when you aim in you'll be permanently stuck zoomed in (like you're going to aim at a survivor) you'll also notice his harpoon is missing, just like the bug in the PTB it can also happen on live although this one is more game breaking due to the fact you cannot do anything besides looking in on a zoomed screen & the prompt to shoot...
