16 years ago, Blizzard Entertainment created my favourite game of all time: World of Warcraft. 16 years later, they absolutely destroyed it.

I've had many problems with Blizzard over the years, mostly ever since that absolute slimeball known as Bobby Kotick performed his infamous hostile takeover with Activision back in 2008.

Much of the nonsense Blizzard pulls I can ignore. But the laughably pathetic announcement they did recently that stated Shadowlands was the fastest selling PC game of all time really annoyed me. Not so much the announcement itself, as it is just, as expected, corporate nonsense designed to impress investors. No, what annoyed me was how people actually fell for it.
