Aka the original Dig Dug theme. It's a very basic tune that only plays when movement happens, and that's how all island themes go for this game. If you remain still, then only SFX play. Move even a bit, the music will play even slightly no matter what. It's...actually kind of creative. But as for why this is even playing? Taizo is just trying to give government officials the backstory of his success...or failure during the older days of Dig Dug. Yes...there is slightly different dialogue if you win or lose the tutorial; it's pretty funny.
