The Distortus rex is very large t rex mutant, 8 meters or 26 ft tall and 14.5m or 47ft long, which makes it bigger than a regular Tyrannosaurus and even bigger than a Spinosaurus or even a Giganotosaurus.
Since this dinosaur is a mutant, we can rule out the possibility of these deformities actually being due to a conjoined twin issue.
