First there is a video a couple of minutes you can't skip telling you that M is for Map and G for Grenade and few other not-so-new things, just in case The Division is the first arena-cover-shooter you ever play. At least that is what it is in the first hour. Basically I die only because I leave cover or I can't leave it being magically stuck to it. Like parcour on rails in Assassin's Creed.

So I'm starting with the good things:

21:9 is at least "well" supported. Not in cutscenes and the HUD is not broken but somewhat stuck in 16:9. That's not always bad because if it is completely on the edge on 21:9 displays you can easily miss things.

Another great thing is: Chromatic Aberration can be disabled (which is the case in this video). It can almost keep up with Dying Light otherwise.

The HUD is plastered with "bling, bling" and "woooosh, zoooshh" sounds as in every UBI-Soft Triple-Ey-Immersive-Bullshit game these days.

This Beta/Demo is a great help for me not spend money on this title. If you get the chance this weekend to download 28 GBs and check it out yourself, do it!
