"The Signal from Tölva" First 40 Gameplay in 21:9/3440x1440/UWQHD/~4k
This is interesting, can't say what it really is after 40 minutes but for sure worth a second look.
Although 21:9 resolutions aren't available in the graphics menu it works quite well not to choose anything, at least for me it runs in the native desktop resolution out of the box. However the UI is quite small, which might get even worse for UHD users unless it scales in 16:9 ratios automatically which I can't say.
Please note that des CPU-Utilization on the HUD is not what the game alone requires, it also shows the load generated by OBS-Live-Encoding in h264 via CPU for a higher quality result. The impact is not really big on the framerame of this game (with the Ryzen 7 being used here), it simply just runs worse than "Ghost Recon Wildlands" for example, even when using an overclocked 1080 Ti in this case. As the GPU rarely hits full load it is fair to say that "Tölva" is CPU-Limited in this scenario and by far not that multithread-optimized compared to Wildlands. So I assume you might get higher framerates with a higher clockspeed-CPU like the 7700k, of course without live-encoding at the same time.
"Signal from Tölva" is available now via Steam, GoG and HumbleBundle.
