It’s Monday, the 19th of May, and I’ve spent the last couple of hours dealing with the Onslaught rules. I’ve wasted a while trying to get a decent start, but I keep getting stuck with left-side starts. The jewellery shop is a real hassle, and I’m done with it! Now for the 2nd time today sigh...
Now yes there are multiple bits of PVP and an ending I don't quite understand... Let me explain I managed to gank a competitor outside the student accommodation after he started shooting me from behind. Unfortunately for him, I had a shotgun and wasn't going down easily. Grabbed his stuff nicely! Then later in the darkzone, I was late to the party as usual. Anyhow my last competitor called an extract I ignored it I was busy anyhow, He appeared to leave or was knocked off line whatever. Anyhow I was coming around behind DZ02 extract point on the carpark and was shooting up the Rikers then realised he was back and shooting me from behind a git move but whatever. So I tried to escape and diden't make it he knocked me down then revived me and then we both were kicked from the server WTF!!!! So that happened...
So from the destroyed jewellery shop we run around grabbing stuff working our way back across towards the Firestation where I know where I am so from there around the quad grab the gun and stuff from the student land and into the middle student block to make up some basic stuff. Off towards the crashed helicopter and back out behind the Fiurestation and up on top of the rooftops to gank the rikers then back down to the Firestation to complete anything else we can make.
Around to the hidden courtyard area and then finally back out into the main street to start the run in quite a good state.
Up the main street and across the rooftops to gank the looters and then down beside the abandoned work site, up and down that road, avoiding the golds at this time, the time will come. Upon the gantries behind the police station take out the Rikers blockers in the courtyard first. Then, on the other side, the little park bit cleared grabbed the stuff and went back on the rooftop. I did actually gank the two gold cleaners at the car park zone across the street from the Rikers. Others were involved in that fight, too, if I remember correctly! Next, I cleared that parking area, then the little car park and rooftop, before jumping down the scaffolding to get to the outside of the police station. Where I went into ganking and then went into full clearance mode, coming up the street toward the first real safe room.
There, I made up my basic full blue loadout and was very lucky already to have most stuff by this point. The usual abilities I have experienced taking others just don't seem as good as the turret and heal box. I know others swear that instant healing is better, but I am not sure about that.
Anyhow, off to gank the Rikers at the first hard point, then down and across by the Opra house and up on the rooftops. All along this way, we grabbed stuff to help make the build/until we ended up at the second safe room, the last one before the centre Darkzone entryway at DZ03 by Park Avenue, I believe.
Everything else was broken down and made to the gold standard, then ganked the last jerk battalion blockers before the Darkzone.
Well mostly the darkzone was fun some stuff had already been grabbed and the underground was cleaned out but I expected this. Then we come to the WTF ending...see above! anyhow sorry for the abrupt ending I was a bit in shock, to be honest. I hope you enjoyed it.
There is no commentary; this was me, bubbling around and having some fun. I run all my survival mode games with PVP on, and if I end up against another human, fine, I win some, but I admit I lose more.
