To anyone unsuspecting, it would seem cruel that I would mislead this poor Khajiit. I had my reasons, I wanted to know who could bring themselves to such a state. The laws are laws and what's legal is legal. Though they may be different races than that of man and mer, one cannot help but feel pity towards the beast race.

So I took her where she needed to be, destroyed her enemy, and then brought her to Ebonhart where she could be free. It was while I was in Ebonhart that I remembered that the Imperial Cult conducted all of its operations here in Vvardenfell. I may not be strong enough to join the Imperial Legion, but I can still contribute to the Empire and help out the cultists with whatever help they need.
