In the final episode of The Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall, Miriel suffers an unfortunate accident that causes her to develop a severe case of vampirism, losing most of her allegiances and having her shift to a completely new nighttime lifestyle. At first, she even seems to embrace this new life, serving her vampire clan of the Vraseth in various missions, but ultimately she grows tired of this and makes use of the generous offer from a vampire hunter to sever the ties with her vampiric lineage. Now The Hero of Daggerfall is once again free to roam the vast spaces of Tamriel... and this is where this next chapter in the history of The Elder Scrolls finally comes to an end.
