With the next generation consoles, Bethesda are sure to try making a mark for The Elder Scrolls on it, it's a massive marketing opportunity that they cannot miss. That's part of my argument, they can bring Tamriel to life in new ways with the next gen dynamics and graphics.
Bethesda are the kind of company to take their time with games instead of announcing a new instalment in one franchise annually like Ubisoft do with Assassin's Creed or Infinity Ward/Treyarch do with Call of Duty.
