One of my favorite games ever made.

Kud-Ei, Mages Guild Leader in Bravil, asked me to assist in finding one of her friends and fellow colleague, Henantier. She took me to his home, and I was informed he had been doing rather dangerous experiments in his home, against the best wishes of the Guild. He had made an odd amulet allowing him to freely move about in his dreams, but this also put him into a state where he could not wake, even if the amulet had been removed. Kud-Ei sent me in to retrieve Henantier.
Upon entering the dream I found myself to be nude, and quickly donned some nearby clothes. Even if it's a dream, I would prefer to not be nude. After speaking to Henantier and looking around I found that I needed to accomplish four trials and regain bits of Henantier's sanity. Each trial proved petty, ranging from a gauntlet of traps in Ayleid ruins, dodging ancient powerful Darts, swimming through an underwater and flipped cavern, and lastly, Gladiatorial Combat, my specialty as The Champion. I returned with the elements of Patience, Perception, Courage, and Resolve, and restored his lost sanity, returning to the waking world.
I got a small reward, and took off to assist that Loche lady in finding her husband.
