Psych! I ended up uploading another video so soon after the last one, though this won't be usual. It was partly a test to see how well it would go, performance-wise.

Short List of Mods (Not Complete, but most relevant):

A Quality World Map
Achieve That! - Adds various in-game achievements that can net you points to unlock benefits.

Andromeda - Standing Stones of Skyrim - Alters how the Standing Stones function
Apocalypse Magic of Skyrim - Adds a bunch of spells to the game. There is a patch for Ordinator too.
Celtic Music Skyrim SE
Cosmic Spells - Adds those non-elemental spells I was talking about in the video.
Immersive Armors - Adds various armor to the game (craftable and findable). I believe Sofia (my follower) was wearing armor that this mod introduced, but I'm not sure.
Imperious Races of Skyrim - Modifies the various races to have more significant advantages and disadvantages over each-other.
Open Cities Skyrim - This definitely has its issues, and it's generally not recommended that you use it, but I'm used to having it and it usually doesn't cause me trouble. You can enter a non-open version of the cities by way of an interactive part of the world inside each city. Generally when you have problems with quest markers inside the city.
Ordinator Perks of Skyrim - This is the perk mod (that I kept forgetting the name of) in the game. Modifies the perk trees significantly. Highly recommended if you're bored of vanilla perks, and especially if you want to make more interesting. Makes each perk tree more relevant in-game, and more suited for roleplay.
Sofia the Funny Fully Voiced Follower - My female follower in this video. She is indeed fully voiced, complete random comments and commentary on quest and location-specific events. The other I mentioned is Inigo, the Khajiti. I have him installed too, but I usually default to Sofia since she's useful as a pack mule and easier to get.
SSE Texture Pack - A higher resolution texture pack than what the game comes with.
Summermyst Enchantments of Skyrim - Not featured in the video, but good to have.
Timelost Dwemer - Not in the video. Adds a new playable race. Takes a bit of doing to add and doesn't interact with the Imperious mod, but interesting mechanics relating to time.

True Eyes SE
UNP Female Body Renewal
UNP Body Fit Armors (With compatibility with Immersive Armors)
Vivid Weathers - Changes up the weather in the game, though I find it rains quite a lot. I could probably change that setting though.
Wintersun - Deity mod that lets you worship one of a bunch of lore-friendlly deities, some of them are race specific or require quests if you aren't a specific race.
XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - Pre-requisite for a number of mods.

This is about half the mods I'm using, though generally the most relevant to what you can see in this video.
