'Allo, it's me, that Sodding Gamer person. This is my first run through the Bloody Harvest. True Vault Hunter Mode, Normal Difficulty, using Zane, and my main setup is to use the Alchemist assault rifle plus Transformer shield.

It's a short area, reminding me a bit of the Headhunter mini-DLCs from Borderlands 2. You go through a few areas, kill some undead Maliwan baddies, then take on the main boss Captain Haunt.

It seems repeatable, so long as you gather more Hecktoplasm, and there are challenges, at least one of which involves playing on Mayhem mode.
