8The England national team have underachieved, that is no news to anybody with the barest of knowledge of the sport we call football.
For some: it’s because of negative tactics, for others a negative manager or two. England have had their fair share of world class talent, enough certainly to have won more major trophies in the nation’s history.
But there are a handful of footballers that have flopped. Today we look at three English footballers, who although they had a celebrated career, they didn’t fulfil their lofty potentials.
