The FED has said there is a whopping 90% chance of a recession!
This is something that comes directly from the NY Fed, who said the chance of a soft landing is 10% and the chance of a hard landing is 80%.
Thats absolutely catastrophic that even the FED themselves are saying there is a 90% chance of a recession. This can be seen by Credit Suisse (a major bank), desperately pricing $1.5bn in loan notes at nearly 10% interest! where a major bank's loan notes are only rated BB (not AAA, AA, A or BBB).
We're also seeing more and more hedge funds going under on an almost daily basis now.
