Hotfix 8.0.1 just dropped on September 12th, and it’s tackling the biggest complaints from Update 8.0. The accidental Light class super jump exploit has been removed, animation canceling is back, and key bugs like the H+ Infuser projectile issue, Pike-556 headshot bonus, and weapon sound glitches have been fixed.
This update feels like a proper course correction after 8.0 broke a lot of core mechanics. Sure, the Dematerializer bug is back for now, but overall, this is a big win for players.
