I've wanted to do this song for quite a while but felt the original video made back in the 60's starring lead singer Kenny Rogers would eclipse such an endeavour. Always loved the guitar work on it because it reminds me of the lead guitar on CCR's "Suzie Q." Anyway, I've taken a similar approach to this video as I did for "Darkness, Darkness" by The Youngbloods back in 2015, only there is no Lila Leeds in this one. This trip is definitely a scary one, although today AI technology would probably make the same weirdness possible.

"Just Dropped In" made it to #5 on Cash Box for two weeks on March 16, 1968.
