2Review - This game was given out for free because nobody bought it. The developers deserve some recognition for the game in donations but it’s far too short to be worth paying for from a customer perspective. It’s a typical point and click game although I was a bit stuck at the beginning not knowing quite figuring out the rules of the game and how it works. Just clicking the objects together until something turns up. There is an option to use hints I you press the H key, that you choose at the beginning of the game. I don’t know why this is a choice at the beginning when you can just choose to use them or not in the game. The hints really were necessary but they don’t give away too much so you are just pointed in the right direction.
The graphics style is great but there are only 4 rooms so no great exploration. The cut-scenes look suitably gruesome in 16-bit style.
The game is mainly about the story and redemption. You get to judge people which can give the good or bad ending. I got the bad ending at first because I banished everyone to hell, but then played it again and speed ran it in less than 10 minutes to get the good ending.
Worth playing for free but it is forgettable. I would like to see what these developers could do if they made a fully-fledged game.
