In order to unlock the James Would Be Proud achievement, you must interact with the toilet in the bathroom a few times after a certain point in the game. This is definitely a nod to James Sunderland from Silent Hill, who also has to stick his hand into a toilet!

Proceed far enough into the game to have to listen to the first confession. The person's name is August, and they stole an apple. Choose to either forgive or condemn them, and after the conversation is over, head upstairs and enter the bathroom on the left. Now, just left click on the toilet 4-5 times to get some dialog, and the achievement will unlock!
