Look Outside - How To Get Papineau To Join The Party And Unlock The Janitor Achievement!

Thanks to @blastmole299 for pointing this out! It seems what they said is true, as I got to the restroom fairly early on (I believe Day 3), and I only had Sophie as another party member. If this method isn't working for you (like he isn't showing up), try killing the Garbage Worm boss and checking the Janitor's closet!
In order to get Papineau to join the party, and unlock the Janitor achievement, you must first find the Earth and Mars discs. Once you have these, head to the ground floor in the stairwell and use the discs on the circular objects on the wall. This will unlock the door to the ground floor.
Enter the door and head to the left. You will see two restroom doors, one of which has plant growth on it, and one that does not. Head into the door that does not have the plant growth on it. In this room, you will see a large NPC near the sinks. Go and talk to them.
They will say that they are Papineau, and that they are basically a janitor. There is an option to ask if they need help, and if you choose it, Papineau will ask if you know how to use a mop. Say yes, and he will then ask if he can appoint you as the Deputy Janitor. Accept, and he will join, also unlocking the Janitor achievement!
