The Flood Of Noah & Signs Of The Second Coming.

I start off with Genesis 6, and talk about the corruption that was on the earth in those days, and the events that led up to Noah and his family entering the ark.
All flesh had become corrupted, through genetic experimentation, (animals, even fish and reptiles were sinned against) the nephilim, and the great falling away from God, started after the fall of the first man and woman.
This leads up to a parallel in Mathew 24, which is about signs of the end of the age, and uses Noah's flood as an example, as in the days of Noah, so it'll be in the coming of the son of man...
*The nephilim are still around today, in hiding though, but God will unleash them in future as a way of punishing mankind, for turning against him.*
